"Sebastian was a terrific guide who really rose to the challenge of taking care of the complex and diverse needs this group. I was amazed at how well and caringly he addressed the needs of each individual, while making democratic arrangements for the activities and coordination of the group as a whole. He did all he could to listen to needs and try to resolve them successfully. He definitely seemed knowledgeable about not only the world of trekking and nature, but professionally negotiating with businesses to arrange meals, accommodations, etc. Sebastian had a wicked sense of humor and kept the trip exciting! I especially appreciated his caring, personalized patience in getting me up and down the snowy Fitz Roy vista safely and then taking time with many of us to find and show us the marine fossils in the area... all while one of the very thoughtless group members had taken off down the mountain without telling anyone! Sebastian prioritized and handled such unexpected situations adeptly."

We had a host of crazy circumstances... one backpack didn't make it from Santiago, severly people got stomach problems, one guest left his camera in a restaurant that closed for New Years, there were dietary restrictions I'd never even heard of, we had marathon runners and mortals. Sebastian handled each and every event and guest with professionalism and kept us all together as a unit. This is my TENTH active group trip and I have to say... Sebastian Rocks!!"
